Better than expected
I didn't want to spend much on an under the cabinet model because I assumed the sound quality would be poor. I did go with Sony because I trusted the brandname. The sound is not like a true home stereo but considering this is an under the cabinet with only two speakers I am quite pleased with the sound. It looks good in my kitchen and does everything as described. If you got to have a space saver stereo, I would recommend this model.

Sony radio with CD
Took about twenty minutes to round up the drill and bits and install this radio. Works just grest and does what it said on the add. Getting the auto preset to work we haven't figured out yet, but the manual system does find. sound quality is good for a kitchen cd/radio player and best of all the wife is happy!

Does have MP3 capability
I have just received and installed this item. It was easy to install and the sound is great. I needed a radio for my kitchen, but ordered this model reluctantly because it did not list MP3 player connectivity anywhere on the web page, which made it seem a bit antiquated. To my surprise it has a jack and a holder for the device, and the sound is better than my current dock/player.

Just what I needed
I wanted something simple and cost effective rather than a complicated collection of expensive stereo components just to listen to a few selected CDs and the local stations. This was perfect, and was easy to install. Love it.

So far, so good
We've had this CD player for over a month now. Installation took about 30 minutes. Sound is good, everything you'd expect from a Sony.
